Located at the center of Butuan City, the hotel is clean and quiet. The room was well prepared with complete amenities. Making the reservation over the phone was with ease. Jake, the front desk personnel, took our reservation and assisted us upon arrival.

Breakfast is buffet style. But the Al Fresco dining area is moderately warm when above 8AM. No ceiling fans to counter the moderately high temperature. Best time to eat breakfast, I suggest, is between 6am & 7:30am.

the place is nice to stay! the lobby looks wonderful, and they have a Italy-interior design look. the only thing that is a problem is that they have limited iron and iron board. we got only like an hour to keep the iron, and then one of their staffs came to collect it. at my room, the fridge was not working that much either. we kept our drink water bottle in the fridge but it didnt get cold even after a night inside the fridge. but the rest, was amazing. will definitely come back if i have the chance!

Location - the hotel has a nice location. It is near SM City Butuan, Gaisano and Robinsons, you can even walk going to those places. But if you prefer to ride, transportation is very accessible. Outside the hotel, there are multicabs going to the said destinations. Rooms - my room rate was 2700 per night including free breakfast. The room was spacious, and what I like about it is it has a transparent glass wall where you have a nice view of the swimming pool. Food - breakfast is buffet style, but it has very limited choices and the foods are almost the same everyday. They have no provision for those who don't eat pork, just very limited choices, not satisfied with their food. Amenities - the swimming pool is huge, there is a pool for kids. It is accessible up to 930pm, so if you have work or doing business up until 5pm or later, you still have ample time to use the pool. Very nice for the hotel management to extend the time for the use of pool. The pool also has lights. Love their pool.

The place is okay but i don't like how the only service we received was for the restaurant and room service. Otherwise nobody guided us to our room or even helped with the luggage. We got lost and kept asking for directions sa mga helpers. Employees were not friendly Also ang overpriced niya I don't suggest it if there are other options available it's not worth it to spend a lot of money for checking in the hotel. Na forced lang kami sa Oazis dahil nag renovation pa yung gusto namin puntahan. Rooms are okay pero overpriced. Atsaka bakit ANG GREEN NG POOL? 😭 parang tagal na last ng cleaning false advertising pa ang photos. Don't expect the pools to be clear because it was full of algae. I'm not a professional pero mukhang health violation na ata yung pool 😭. I don't recommend, don't set your expectations too high, nag-regret ako kaya di na ako mag-check in ulit.

Nice hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. But the drainage by the road which is part of the entrance/exit of the hotel grounds is under construction which caused a little inconvenience when going in and out of the place.

Poor housekeeping. They will clean your room but bathroon glass partitions are full of watermarks. Never been cleaned for 5 days that I was there. Room is expensive but the locksafe is not working. No telephone so better be sure that you have cellphone that can call the front desk. Breakfast food is lame.
